  Ceasefire Negotiations   Lebanese Presidency: Lebanon and Israel agree to hold ceasefire discussions in the US on the 14th. Israeli Ambassador to the US says Israel has not agreed to discuss a ceasefire with Lebanese Hezbollah. Pakistan confirms US-Iran talks will be held on the 11th at the Serena Hotel in Islamabad. US Vice President Vance has departed for Pakistan, expecting positive progress in upcoming talks with Iran. The Iranian negotiating delegation led by Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf has arrived at the Serena Hotel. An Israeli intelligence official claims Iran is charging fees to vessels allowed to pass through the strait. Shipping intelligence firm Kpler: On April 9, daily ship transits through the strait rose to nine, up from five the previous day, but still far below normal levels.   Ceasefire Negotiations

Israel   Israeli airstrikes target a government building in southern Lebanon, killing 13 security personnel. Israeli media cite senior officials saying Hezbollah could be dismantled, but it would take weeks or even months. Israeli media: Israel is prepared for a potential breakdown in US-Iran talks and a renewed outbreak of hostilities.
